What is the "Trader's Performance Edge?"
Simple.
Your "TPE" is ~ knowing that at any given moment, in any given trade ~ you, as a trader, will know exactly what to do to maximize your highest results. How? Look at it this way.
Most of us don't even think about our beliefs about money or success ~ we just take for granted that our "hard work" will pay off. For instance ~ if you have the ability to open a trading account and trade it ~ the average person would think that was a very good sign of being successful.
And yet ~
- Do you feel successful?
- At your previous career?
- In your trading?
Probably not. You wouldn't be on this site if you did!
The first thing traders have to do is recognize that they may have outdated ideas about money and success ~ as well as understand how these outdated ideas are interrelated with the financial and personal relationships in your life ~ and update those ideas to bring you the consistency in your trading and financial future, that you have worked hard to achieve. But another part of the equation is that even though you may have outdated beliefs about money and success ~ you are still able to trade ~ so in essence those very beliefs have gotten you to a good spot right now.
Therein lies the challenge to overcome that contradiction. Meaning ~ how do you break through what I call the "glass ceiling" or your IPQ, the "Illusionary Prosperity Quotient?"

Most of these less-than-productive ideas or beliefs can be linked to what you were taught at a younger age in your respective upbringing, education, spiritual or religious beliefs ~ and now should to be updated to reflect where you are as a professional right now in your life, to help you achieve your goals.
